The This Announcement must be read together with the Amendment and/or Supplementary Information to the VTO Statement on the website of PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia, PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk, and PT Bursa Efek Indonesia, on 23 July 2026, as well as in the Kontan and Neraca Daily Newspapers, on 24 July 2026 (“Supplementary Information to the VTO Statement”). The Offer Price shall remain as set out in the Supplementary Information to the VTO Statement, namely IDR45,000.00 (forty-five thousand Rupiah) per share.
