The This information disclosure is made in connection with the voluntary tender offer by PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia ("Protelindo") for the shares of the Company (the “VTO”), as referred to in Financial Services Authority (“OJK”) Regulation No. 45/2024 and OJK Regulation No. 54/2015 (hereinafter, the VTO information disclosure shall be referred to as the “VTO Statement”).
