The This Additional Information to the VTO Statement has been prepared in connection with the voluntary tender offer by PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia ("Protelindo") for the shares of PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk ("VTO"), as contemplated under Financial Services Authority ("OJK") Regulation No. 45 of 2024 and OJK Regulation No. 54 of 2015. The VTO will be conducted at an Offer Price of Rp45,000 (forty-five thousand Rupiah) per share. The VTO Period will commence on 24 July 2026 and end on 24 August 2026, from 8:30 a.m. Western Indonesia Time (WIB) until 4:00 p.m. WIB on each Business Day during the VTO Period. Protelindo may extend the VTO Period by making a public disclosure in accordance with OJK Regulation No. 54 of 2015.
